We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Venmo, Zelle, or a card processor, and your card information goes directly to them.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, give you a quote, schedule your appointment, perform the service, follow up afterward, and ask for a review. We may occasionally contact you about your service or about offers. We do not use your information for anything beyond running our business and serving you.
Text messages and calls
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your service, your quote, and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and we will stop.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Squarespace), our advertising and lead platforms (Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram), our booking and scheduling software, and payment processors. We may also share information if the law requires it.
If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, your information is also handled under Meta's own privacy terms.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and run our business. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
